Is there an extra charge if my flight arrives late?

No. We track your flight in real time and know about any delay. Your driver will arrive when you land, and waiting caused by a delayed flight is free.

How long are the transfers to Bansko, Borovets and Plovdiv?

Journey times depend on road conditions and the season, especially in winter. As a guide:
• Sofia - Bansko: ~2 hours 30 minutes.
• Sofia - Borovets: ~1 hour 30 minutes.
• Sofia - Plovdiv: ~1 hour 30 minutes.
• Sofia - Pamporovo: ~3 hours 15 minutes.

Are parking and fuel costs included?

Yes. Your fare includes fuel, vignette fees, motorway tolls and airport parking. You will not be asked to pay extra for these costs.

Can I book a return transfer to the airport?

Yes. We provide transfers from any hotel in Bansko, Borovets or another town back to Sofia airport. We recommend booking both journeys in advance to secure vehicle availability.

What exactly is included in the price?

The all-inclusive fare covers a licensed vehicle and driver, fuel and all road tolls, passenger insurance, meet and greet, help with luggage and up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands.

Which vehicle should I choose for my luggage?

• Saloon / estate: 3 passengers + 3 medium suitcases.
• Minivan (Caddy): 4 passengers + 5 suitcases (or a pushchair).
• Minibus: 8 passengers + 8 large suitcases + ski equipment.
If you are bringing skis or a snowboard, please choose a minivan or minibus.

How can I pay?

We accept payment in euros only: in cash to the driver, or in advance by bank card or bank transfer. We issue tax invoices for businesses.
